I'm Piyush Singh, a Product Designer focused on building practical digital tools for real operational problems. My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, interaction design, and real-world workflows. Coming from an industrial design background, I approach every problem by understanding the full system first, then shaping interfaces that simplify complex tasks for real users.
Over the past year I've worked on products ranging from agricultural fleet platforms and booking systems to machine interfaces, translating complex field operations into clear, usable digital experiences.
Outside work, I fix things, observe how people interact with tools, and get bothered by inefficiencies in everyday routines. Small mechanical or behavioral problems often become the starting point for bigger design questions.
Currently looking for product design roles in system driven teams.

physical machines with digital operations systems
Designed an end to end fleet operations system covering booking,
assignment, monitoring, and alert handling for field officers.
Defined system architecture and interaction flows across booking
lifecycle, assignment logic, overlays, and edge case handling.
Designed a real time operations dashboard replacing manual tracking
with live visibility of machines, operators, and job status.
Reduced farmer booking time from ~20 minutes to ~4 minutes
through a structured booking flow (tested with real users).
Designed operator workflows for issue reporting, system triggered
alerts, and job tracking in field conditions.
Validated flows through scenario based testing with field officers,
improving clarity in assignment and issue-handling decisions;
pending engineering implementation.
